Everyone has too much stuff hidden in one location or another in their homes, and the Next Step Team helps you get over the hurdle of where to start the process for sorting and eventually packing for a move.

Our Transportation team will haul items out of your home for donation, recycling, E-Recycling, Shredding, Haz Mat and disposal. We also contract with housekeeping, home repair and contractors for remodeling and also to help people maintain living in their current home as long as possible through intelligent design.

While working with Next Step on your rightsizing, our team can make certain that any items to be shipped to friends and Family locally or across the world are packed up tight and connected to services to provide delivery in even the most remote of locations both nationally and internationally.

The Next Step team can be a Family and a Relator’s best friend, as we provide comprehensive clear outs of locations in preparation to sell. We can even bring in housekeepers for a deep cleaning upon clear out completion.
Move
Management
Our Relocation Specialist will help guide through even the most complex moves, and though we are NOT movers, we will manage the moving crews that we pull in to complete your move and project both locally as well as in other states. We will also make introduction to other NASMM Members to help you with unpack across the country.

Planning
Our Space Planner Extraordinaire will customize a space plan for your new home that puts you in the driver’s seat for what will move with you and what will not. Math never lies and our space planning is concise and fun.

Our Team will help find the best avenue for a comprehensive liquidation of your home or that of a loved one. From organization of removal to both auction house and On-line auction options our team is there to support.
