  • Arrange for charitable donations, auction, consignment, sale or disposal of items no longer needed.

  • Prepare detailed space plans showing placement of furniture in your new home. We help identify the items to be moved and measure to ensure they fit.

  • Coordinate necessary third party service providers to prepare special articles like artwork or electronics for safe transport.

  • Sort and pack household items. Why pay to move things you don’t use or want? By utilizing our downsizing and organizing services before you move ensures you won’t pay more to relocate things you no longer need.

  • Arrange for short or long term storage needs. We will find the storage solution that is right for your circumstance.

  • Coordinate and manage the move-on site to ensure your belongings are handled with care and placed according to plan in your new home.

  • Make your first night comfortable by unpacking and setting up of bedrooms, bath and kitchen.

  • Create an easy transition with our complete unpacking and settle-in services; hanging of artwork, set up of electronics, organizing storage areas and removal of packing debris.

  • Preparing home for closure. Make arrangements for minor repairs, home staging or cleaning services. The home is broom clean and ready for your real estate agent.
