Jan's Story
Jan made her transition to a new community in June 2025, after 60 years in her family home. She was a big part of our story, and she was generous enough to share hers on camera.
"When we walked in the door, Jade and Dan had literally unpacked everything. There was not one cardboard box to be seen. Everything was in its place, and I hadn't told them a thing. My advice? Get started now, even if you don't know when, because you don't know what's around the corner."
